BYOP Daydream Medallions Gift Card Holder

Hi, Friends,
Today I am sharing with you a gift card holder we made at April Play Day:


Here is the inside of the gift card holder as we made it at Play Day:


The gift card fit in the cutout area left from the Deco Label Framelits die.  I wasn't extremely happy with the way the gift card fit in this version, so after Play Day I "played" around with it a bit and came up with this, which I like a lot better:


I took a Number 1 Coin Envelope (buy them at office supply store) and cut off the flap and punched part of a 1" circle punch out to make it easier to get the gift card out.  Here is a close up of the envelope:

Mother's Love/Watercolor Thank You April Play Day Project!

This was a project we made at April Play Day.  Although we were using Mother's Love stamp set, not everyone needs a Mother's Day card, so I designed the project to use the same cardstock pieces slightly different so everyone could have a usable card to take home.  Here is the Mother's Day card:


The inside of the Mother's Day card looks like this:


To make this card a non-Mother's Day card, I used the Watercolor Thank You stamp.  This is what I came up with:


Pretty awesome, right?  And the inside looks like this:

     Lost Lagoon:  4-1/4 x 11, scored at 5-1/2
     Mossy Meadow:  4 x 5-1/4
