SPRINGTIME JOY EASTER CARD (EASTER CARD #3)!

 Hi, Friends,

I got distracted and didn't post the last of my Easter cards, so here goes!  I  have been busily trying to go through all of my papercrafting stuff, since the new catalog will be live May 4th, pulling out retired stuff and labeling and putting in exciting new stuff!  But I am getting sidetracked again; here is my third Easter project:

This cute little lamb was SO MUCH fun to work with!

MY RECIPE:

     STAMPS:  Springtime Joy

     CARDSTOCK:
          Petal Pink:  5-1/2 x 8-1/2, scored at 4-1/4
          Gray Granite:  4 x 5-1/4
          Basic White:  3-7/8 x 3-7/8
          Subtles 6 x 6 DSP:  1-1/2 x 3-7/8
SCRAPS:  Petal Pink, Gray Granite, Basic White
          INSIDE:
               Gray Granite:  3-3/4 x 5
               Basic White:  3-5/8 x 4-7/8

     INK:  Gray Granite

BLENDS:  Petal Pink (D), Mango Melody (D), Pool Party (D), Old Olive (L)

ACCESSORIES:  Layering Squares Dies, Stitched Shapes Dies, Tasteful Label Dies, Tin Tile Embossing Folder, SU Die Cut Machine, Rhinestones, Dimensionals

The inside of the card looks like this:

HOW I MADE IT:

1.  Use Gray Granite ink to stamp signature stamp on back of card base.

2.  Stamp small flower image on lower right corner of inside panel using Gray Granite ink.  Color using Pool Party and Old Olive markers.

3.  Adhere inside images together; adhere to inside of card base.

4.  Adhere Basic White embossed image to top of Gray Granite cardstock.  Adhere Subtles DSP (Petal Pink) to bottom of Gray Granite Cardstock.

5.  Adhere Gray Granite Shimmer Ribbon to seam of DSP.  Adhere ends of ribbon to back of cardstock panel.

6.  Adhere cardstock panel to front of card base.

7.  Use Gray Granite ink to stamp lamb image on scrap of Whisper White cardstock.  Cut out using Stitched Shapes Dies and SU Die Cut Machine.  Stamp butterfly onto die cut using Gray Granite ink.  Color images using Petal Pink, Mango Melody, Pool Party and Old Olive markers.

8.  Adhere stamped die cut to Gray Granite scalloped square die cut (from Layering Squares Dies).  Attach to card front using dimensionals.

9.  Stamp sentiment onto scrap of Petal Pink cardstock using Gray Granite ink.  Cut out using Tasteful Label Die and SU Die Cut Machine.

10.  Adhere sentiment die cut to scalloped square panel on front of card base (see sample for placement).

11.  Add rhinestones to sentiment die cut (see sample for placement).

I hope you have enjoyed this project; I had fun making it.  Here is a picture of the stamp set.  It can be found on page 22 of the January - June 2021 Mini Catalog.

Thank you for stopping by today!

Happy stamping,
Linda
