Today I am sharing with you a gift card holder we made at April Play Day:
Here is the inside of the gift card holder as we made it at Play Day:
The gift card fit in the cutout area left from the Deco Label Framelits die. I wasn't extremely happy with the way the gift card fit in this version, so after Play Day I "played" around with it a bit and came up with this, which I like a lot better:
I took a Number 1 Coin Envelope (buy them at office supply store) and cut off the flap and punched part of a 1" circle punch out to make it easier to get the gift card out. Here is a close up of the envelope:
