Hi, Friends,
Although it is late, I want to share one more valentine card! This one uses the stamp set Count on Me.
I love the way this one turned out!
MY RECIPE:
STAMPS: Count on Me, Paper Pumpkin (sentiment)
CARDSTOCK:
Soft Suede: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, scored at 4-1/4
Real Red: 4 x 5-1/2
Sweet Talk DSP: 3-7/8 x 3-7/8
Sweet Talk DSP: 1-1/2 x 3-7/8
Real Red: 3/8 x 3-7/8
SCRAPS: Real Red, Basic White
INSIDE:
Real Red: 3-3/4 x 5
Basic White: 3-5/8 x 4-7/8
INK: Early Espresso
BLENDS: Soft Suede (L), Real Red (D)
DIES: Stitched Rectangle Dies
ACCESSORIES: SU Die Cut Machine, Linen Thread, Dimensionals, Rhinestones
HOW I MADE IT:
1. Use Early Espresso ink to stamp signature stamp on back of card base.
2. Stamp two hearts using Early Espresso ink on lower right corner of inside panel. Color using markers.
3. Adhere inside panels together; adhere to inside of card. Base.
4. Adhere patterned paper onto Real Red Cardstock. Adhere Real Red strip to seam of patterned paper. Tie Linen Thread around strip of Real Red Cardstock.
5. Adhere panel to front of card base.
6. Use Early Espresso ink to stamp bear on scrap of Basic White Cardstock. Cut out using Stitched Rectangle Die and SU Die Cut Machine. Stamp sentiment on bottom of die cut using Early Espresso ink.
7. Cut out Stitched Rectangle from Real Red Cardstock.
8. Adhere stamped image to Real Red Stitched Rectangle. Attach to front of card base using dimensionals.
9. Add rhinestones (see sample for placement).
