Monogram Swap Cards

I recently was part of a Monogram Swap that my friend, Ellen, hosted.  Here are the two cards I submitted:

CARD ONE:

I really liked the way this card turned out; of course, I LOVE the Greenhouse Gala DS paper, and anything made with it will be a favorite of mine!  One of the things I tried to do was to use different punches for my monogram, because most of the time I wind up with the scallop circle punch, the 1-1/4 circle and the 1-3/8 circle!  Here is my recipe for this card:

STAMPS:  Lovely Letters, Tiny Tags

CARDSTOCK:  Chocolate Chip 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 scored at 4-1/4, Baja Breeze 4-1/8 x 5-3/8, Greenhouse Gala 2 x 4-1/8, Scraps of Whisper White, Baja Breeze, Pear Pizzazz, Chocolate Chip

INK:  Pear Pizzazz, Chocolate Chip

ACCESSORIES:  Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch, 1-1/4 Circle Punch, 1-3/8 Circle Punch, Decorative Label Punch, Paper Piercer, Mat Pack, Metallic Brads, Dimensionals, Sponge, Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, Big Shot

CARD TWO:

I really like this card as well.  After I had used all the Not Quite Navy cardstock and DS paper, I couldn't figure out what colors to use with the monogram, so I used my trusty Color Coach and came up with this combo!  I really like it!  My recipe for this card is:

STAMPS:  Lovely Letters, Artistic Etchings

CARDSTOCK:  Not Quite Navy 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, scored at 4-1/4; Scraps of Whisper White, More Mustard, Cajun Craze, and Regals Patterns DS Paper Stack (Not Quite Navy)

INK:  Not Quite Navy

ACCESSORIES:  1-1/4 Circle Punch, 1-3/8 Circle Punch, Scallop Square Punch, Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, Scallop Square Due Die, Matchbox Die, Big Shot, Dimensionals, Basic Pearl Jewels

Thanks for looking at my creations!
Happy stampin and scrappin!
Linda
